Service Description

is an interactive, science-based stress management program that includes informative scientific data about what stress is, what it means for your body and mind, and how to manage it to live a more balanced and productive life. It's a 4-week program that includes a 55-minute session where we go behind the scenes to understand the physiology and psychology of stress, followed by lifestyle and mindfulness tips, 3 weekly 25-minute practice workshops, and a comprehensive stress management toolkit including a workbook, stress management assessment and progress sheets, wellness plan, and access to video recordings. Weekly/monthly accountability workshops to provide a safe place to practise are available on request. Our goal is to provide each participant with vital tools and techniques they find useful and beneficial.
