  • Shake It Off: When you feel tension creeping in during typing or phone usage, sit up and give your hands a vigorous shake. This simple move boosts circulation and releases tension.

  • Mindful Hands: Close your eyes and focus on your hands. Feel the energy pulsating through your wrists and fingers. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, just let your hands rest on your lap and bring your attention to them. By practicing this method regularly, you can create your very own secret reset button, that is available to you anywhere, any time.
